Honestly, I find them a bit eerie in a good way. Like, what is behind those masks? Do they have actual faces or is the mask their face and there's nothing but blank underneath? Very creative designs and excellent execution.

Rayquaza evolving aquatic adaptations just to go down there and kick Kyogre's ass. Watch out for a terrestrial Rayquaza next.
Amazing work as always! I love the way you used lines to approximate surface light on Rayquaza's body.
Always up for reading comics, so I decided to check yours out after you posted it in the forums. Overall, this is solid work. You succeeded in telling a self-contained story in these eight pages, so kudos for that - it can be a difficult thing to get right. Art-wise, your characters have good anatomy. Their faces seem to be inspired by anime, especially the eyes, and at times this leads to some awkwardness, like you're trying to force the anime eyes instead of working them naturally into your style. My most important piece of art feedback is related to setting: most of these panels feel like they're happening in a vacuum. Environments/backgrounds really do wonders in comics, and I encourage you to invest some time and effort into incorporating them more - trust me, it makes a huge difference. Keep on making comics and good luck with your future work!
Thanks for your honesty!
Somehow I hadn't realized how important setting actually was, even though, for example, Gotham City is half of why I love Batman comics.
I've also really struggled to figure out what my style even IS, so maybe it's time I bite the bullet and hash it out?
Just read all three parts of book 1 you posted, and I love this already. The art is excellent, and the story has me interested. Will keep following this to see where it goes!
Gorgeous! Your own art style seems well suited for an animated feature film - I'd certainly be happy to see it.
Thats the goal, tho i really want to do comics haha
Turned out great in my book! The mouth and tongue are my favorite parts.
Now that's awesome. Love how the eyes don't really look like eyes, but rather black holes into oblivion. Killer background too!
thank you! I thought about adding reflections to the eyes but thought making them look like holes would be spookier
Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever seen a lily-of-the-valley in person, which is strange because you see it all the time in children's picture books in my part of the world. Beautiful work, I find that the colors and the softness/roundness of the lines really give the flowers a delicate feel.
thank you so much for your nice comment!
I hope you get the chance to see them in real life one day <3
Your art style is, as always, simply brilliant. Great job, here's to another year of making awesome art!
Of course we're going to have truckloads of these now that Steamboat Willie is public domain, but this one is just wow. It looks possessed in the best possible way and the colors are so vivid and wild. Awesome work.
Hello!
I love nature, science, Pokémon, gay stuff (both SFW and NSFW) and making comics - not necessarily in that order. My NG journey is about sharing all kinds of works and accepting that they're all equally valid ways of expressing myself through art.
